Agriculture Scholarships - Almost $2.5 Million
1st Farm Credit Services runs several scholarship programs focused on students living or going to school in their service area which includes the Illinois counties of Adams, Boone, Brown, Bureau, Carroll, Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Fulton, Grundy, Henderson, Henry, Hancock, Jo Daviess, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Knox, Lake, La Salle, Lee, Livingston, Marshall, Mason, McDonough, McHenry, McLean, Mercer, Ogle, Peoria, Pike, Putnam, Rock Island, Schuyler, Stark, Stephenson, Tazewell, Warren, Whiteside, Will, Winnebago, Woodford. "At The Heart Of A Growing America" Agricultural Scholarship Program
This program consists of 23 $1,000 scholarships for students who have been accepted in an agriculture or agriculture-related curriculum at a college, community college or university. Community College Agricultural Scholarship Program
Students at the following community colleges: Black Hawk College – East Campus, Kewanee; Highland Community College, Freeport; Illinois Central College, East Peoria; Illinois Valley Community College, Oglesby; John Wood Community College, Perry; Joliet Junior College, Joliet; Kishwaukee College, Malta; and Spoon River College, Canton, are eligible for a $500 scholarship funded by 1st Farm Credit Services. National FFA Organization Scholarship Program

Foremost Farms USA Agricultural Education Scholarships

CHS Foundation Two-Year College Scholarship Program
The CHS Foundation is sponsoring 50 $7500 scholarships for students attending their first year at an agricultural program at a two year colege. The scholarship will be used during their second year. NCGA Academic Excellence in Agriculture Scholarship Program
The National Corn Growers Association awards five $1,000 scholarships annually to students who are members or dependents of members of the NCGA. To be eligible, students must be in an agriculture, agribusiness, or ag vocation program at an accredited institution and must be either a second year or later undergrad or a graduate student.
