Arizona AIMS Scholarships Update

Apparently the Arizona AIMS scholarships were costing the state too much money. Students reaching certain standards on the AIMS exam were given tuition waivers to the three state universities. Many more students than expected reached the necessary scores, and rather than just raising the bar, the state Board of Regents decided to lower the award so it will cover just one quarter of freshman year tuition. This year's sophomores will be the first group to feel the new changes.
