Aid lets smaller colleges ask, why pay for Ivy League retail?
Interesting article below from New York's Amherst Times about smaller private liberal arts colleges who are wooing students with larger merit scholarships in order to compete with lower cost public universities and the elite schools like Harvard and Princeton.
